Warrior, Falcoman (Luiz Silva) Releases New EP Hip Hope

Luiz Silva, aka Falcoman, is a talented percussionist, drummer and rapper originally from Brazil. He has played in a number of different bands, was a regular on Top Of The Pops Brazil and played on the soundtrack of the film Wild Orchid, starring Mickey Rourke and Jaqueline Bisset, as well as appearing in the film.

Sixteen years ago he came to England to further develop his music and career as he "lives and breathes music". Due a number of reasons he became homeless four years ago and ended up living on the streets and in a number of hostels. At this low point of his life Luiz (Falcoman) was referred onto The Warrior Programme and its monthly meetings. This proved to be a turning point in his life.

Luiz feels that:

Warrior has helped me stand up again. I had gone from Top Of The Pops to Bottom Of The Pots!!!

Warrior has given me the tools to deal with life and the chance to be on stage with my music. That is as good as it gets!

Luiz has worked closely with Caz and David Stevens with the EP, Hip Hope, being produced by David Stevens for Giant Step Products. The EP is available on Itunes and on Amazon

Luiz is generously donating 10% of the revenue from the sale of his EP to The Warrior Programme.
