Charlotte has a professional services background with 15 years working for Deloitte in Audit, Corporate Finance and Consultancy.

She co-founded The Warrior Programme in 2007 and has been instrumental in the design, development and success of the Charity since its inception. Charlotte focusses on fundraising and finance, corporate governance and the development of the research led, evidence based delivery model of the programme.

Position: Retired Chairman from 17 November 2015

General Palmer retired from the British Amy in 2005 his last role was Deputy Chief of Defence Staff, responsible for Personnel and Training Policy for all

three services. He also chaired the Service Personnel Board, which had responsibility for 500,000 Service personnel and their families.

As Chief Executive of the Army Training and Recruiting Agency he managed one of the largest training organizations in Europe against tight financial targets.

He has been involved with various charities dealing with the problems of young people and homelessness. He has Chaired the Project Compass which looks after Service homeless.

He is a Trustee of Skill Force (Patron - Prince William) which seeks to help those children in schools who are most in danger of exclusion.

Anthony is committed to improving relations between the Muslim and majority Community. He is Chairman of the Pakistan Society with its main aim to increase public knowledge in Britain of the arts, history, antiquities and geography of Pakistan, economic life and political institutions.

He has been Chairman of The Warrior Programme since 2009.

In his working life he is concentrating on Renewable Energy projects as well as being Chairman of Pax Mondial which is carrying out development projects in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
