Our ethos

“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”

Ultimately, we want to take real care of the people who come through the programme and we aim to do this in a sensitive and professional manner. The Warrior Programme aims to help people change and grow through personal insight so we do need to have the right systems behind us.

Following the pilot phases we are now enhancing the programme’s effectiveness and refining appropriate methods to ensure consistent module delivery .

Part of the next phase of development over the next three months, is to develop and implement the systems we employ to monitor and improve the programme, both with regard to staffing and also in respect of care for the participants.

We are mindful that as a ‘Personal Transformational Programme’ we have a particular responsibility to take good care of our participants and the staff. Therefore the way we assess people who wish to enter the programme and how we monitor their progress, as well as ascertain the final outcomes for each of them are all integral to the success of our performance. Also, the provision of continuous support, and the high levels of staffing required for this, will also be factored into subsequent programmes planned for 2008.

In short, we must be at our very best to help participants become their very best!
