Eva Hamilton MBE
Eva has worked 20 years for the ‘Business In The Community’(BITC) organization which is the leading authority in the UK working to foster responsible business partnerships that work towards social goals. BITC now has membership of over 750 companies embracing the concept of corporate social responsibility and working to create life changing opportunities for those who most need a helping hand. Eva headed the HRH Prince of Wales ’Seeing is Believing‘ program, and spent 10 years setting up and running Business Action on Homelessness which has become a remarkably effective model in tackling this issue. The program is proactive in helping reintegrate homeless people back into the world of work by facilitating channels into employment, and in so doing, break the viscous circle into which victims of homelessness often fall.
