For the past year we have been running a monthly Veterans’ Virtual Cooking Club. Building on the Warrior Programme’s teachings around the connection between mind and body, the club has been an opportunity to share knowledge about ways to support mental and physical health through enjoying a well-balanced, enjoyable diet and cooking as a way to relax. The club also gave people a reason to get together for fun chat and support during a period of lockdowns and social isolation.
